    Course Overview

    • Understand the general details, purpose and benefits of GHS classification system for chemicals
    • Apply the legal requirements related to chemical usage
    • Demonstrate the User Roles in GHS implementation
    • Explain the GHS Hazard Classification such as Physical, Health and environmental hazards and GHS labels and Pictograms usage
    • GHS Classification of Mixtures and combination mixture
    • Explain types of information are found in each of the 16 sections of an SDS
    • Conduct training for workers about GHS product labels, hazards, safety procedures
    • Understand Safety procedures involved in the storage, handling and transportation of chemicals

    1. Advanced Certificate in WSH.
    2. Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualification .
    3. At least 3 years of working experience in oil & petrochemical industry.
