This Fire Warden Safety Training (FWST) is designed for personnel entrusted with ensuring safe evacuations during fire emergencies at their workplaces. It is suitable for individuals who have been assigned fire marshalling responsibilities within their organizations, including appointed Fire Wardens responsible for managing safe evacuations during emergencies.

Any person appointed as a Fire Warden within their organization.
Course Overview
Fire Warden Safety Training (FWST), participants will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to fulfill their role as Fire Wardens effectively, ensuring enhanced fire safety within their organizations.
Course Content
This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge to implement and improve the following:
- Introduction to the Fire Safety Act and Fire Statistics in Singapore
- Common Causes of Fires
- CERT Overview in Singapore
- Emergency Planning and Preparedness
- Roles and Responsibilities of Fire Wardens
- Fire Prevention and Protection Strategies
- Fire Detection and Emergency Response Procedures
- Basic Fire Safety Principles
- Practical hands-on Training in Firefighting Equipment (Fire Extinguisher and Fire Hose Reel)

- Blended learning – Classroom Theory and Practical hands-on Training in Firefighting Equipment (Fire Extinguisher and Fire Hose Reel)
